General Shipping Info
Crayon Rocks Australia is an AUSTRALIAN based family business and currently ships all of our parcels from our hometown of Brisbane.

All of our parcels are sent via Australia post and include tracking. Please note that you are responsible for all details placed when ordering and it is your
responsibility to ensure these are correct. Crayon Rocks Australia will not hold any responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong destination or wrong person if you have provided incorrect details.

Tracked Shipping - Flat Rate $9.95 (Australia Only)
Express -  $14.95 (Australia Only)

New Zealand -  $20.00
International - $27.00

FREE Shipping -  orders over $150.00 (Australia Only)

Local Delivery and Pick Up is made available during certain promotional periods and available within Westside of Brisbane (4060).

Shipping and Packing Times 
All of our orders are processed, packed and shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order online. Please note that this may vary during peak periods.
Orders are shipping daily at 2pm. Please note that this does not mean your order will be shipping on the same day of ordering as there may be other orders placed before yours. Majority of our orders arrive within 3-14 days of being shipping.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they leave us, and we hold no responsibility for packages arriving by certain days or dates or special events. Please leave sufficient time when placing your order.

Tracking and Notification 
You will receive an automatic email with shipping information including a tracking number sent to the email you provided with your order. Please check this tracking number PRIOR to contacting us for an update on your shipment.

Return Policy
Change of Mind - Crayon Rocks Australia does not accept return items for change of mind. Our products are described clearly on our website, including measurements, materials and we use product photos without filters to best assure you that products match the images.

Faulty Goods - We check each and every product before it leaves us as part of our quality control procedure. However, if you do find a product to be faulty please let us know immediately (within 7 business days of arrival) and provide a photograph of item/s and a description of fault, with your order number to debbie@crayonrocks.com.au

If an item is deemed faulty, we will happily offer you a replacement (if stock levels permit), part or whole refund, or if you choose credit on your item.
Wear and tear of items is not considered faulty. Please take due care of your products.

Care of Crayon Rocks
Please note, whilst our Crayon Rocks are durable, they are still crayons. Please do not allow your child to throw their crayons onto the floor/across the room, and ensure that they do not bang or slam them with force when in use. 

Crayon Rocks are made from sustainably sourced soy wax, and need to be kept in a cool, dry and clean environment. Please do not leave your Crayon Rocks in the sun or within a hot car as they may melt.

Cleaning - Crayon Rocks can normally be cleaned from sealed, gloss surfaces with a cloth and warm water. Please rub firmly with cloth in a circular motion and Crayon Rocks should be removed easily. Please ensure children are supervised when using Crayon Rocks as we know how quickly busy little hands can find new surfaces to draw.

Your Privacy
We respect your privacy and understand that all information provided to use for the purpose of ordering will never be given to any third party or used for marketing purposes without prior consent.

Please note that all due care is taken when selecting products for our store. Please take the time to read all product descriptions provided on each product and ensure that all products purchased are matched with the recommended age and skill use. Please ensure all products are used in accordance with the correct purpose. Crayon Rocks Australia is not responsible for damage caused to products, property or persons should you choose to ignore intended purpose, care instructions and age recommendations.

Please ensure all items are used in a supervised environment and if age limit is not listed or tags have been removed, please consider the product as suitable for ages 3+.
